I am writing to formally report that my mobile device and phone number have been compromised. Unauthorized individuals are using my personal information to commit fraud and are attempting to claim my assets through legal proceedings.
Although I have filed a report with the police, the unauthorized activity continues. My Samsung device was cloned while charging, and my accounts and personal data are currently being accessed without my permission.
I am seeking immediate assistance to secure my information and prevent further fraudulent activity. Please advise on the necessary steps to protect my accounts and regain control of my digital security.

This, unfortunately, does not appear to be a Samsung issue? Device protection is a user responsibility, Samsung's built in protection only goes so far, but you also have to make sure it's turned on. If you were cloned while charging, was your device USB jacked at a public charging station? Had you, at any point, turned auto blocker off (or not turned it on)? As for your accounts being compromised, i suggest you immediately go those accounts, on an uncompromised device, and change your passwords for all of them. Reset your phone and ask your provider for a new SIM (get a new number if you have to), and don't restore any backups. Did you report to your service provider that your number had been cloned?
