When I go to software update it works it updates but it Updated to nothing it always says there is an update of 480 mbs someone please help.

Neither it would have displayed an update if one was available. It is advisable to contact your carrier, as the update is not being displayed, and carriers are rolling it out in stages, so they would have more information.

Smart switch will check online if theres a updated available it's kinda a recovery tool by Samsung to restore, backup your device
