When my Buds 4 Pro is on Ambient mode it randomly just stops being Ambient for a second and then goes back to being Ambient. Is there a way to fix it? It's like it just turned to the off mode and makes my ears sound stuffy before going back.

I'm also having this issue. I've tried changing every setting but this keeps happening. Every minute or so the ambience kind of dulls out and then back in, almost like the adaptive mode but it should not be happening on full ambient mode. I don't think this issue happened on the buds 3 pro so it seems to be a new 4 pro issue.

I am connected to an s26 Ultra. I've tried resetting the buds to factory and no luck, the issue persists. It seems to mostly happen when only one earbud is in. I have also tried the setting for earbud controls with one bud both on and off. Neither affects this issue unfortunately.

Has this been fixed yet thru a software update?

My Buds2 Pro died, so I bought the Buds4 Pro, and I have to say that the quality of Ambient mode is much worse than on the older model.

I’ve noticed that Ambient mode practically stops working when it’s windy. If there’s a breeze, the earbuds filter out the wind—but unfortunately, they filter out everything else along with it. I no longer feel safe while cycling. Please fix this.

Same thing is happening to mine. But, I noticed it only ever happens when there is a high pitched sound or beep. I think its a safety feature. But it only happens for either of the buds which is still odd. Anyway, I think there should be a way to turn this off. It can be annoying.
