My microphone isn't working for voice input. When I hit the mic option, it just flashes and nothing happens, then I get a pop-up saying "Samsung keyboard stopped working - close app, wait, or send feedback."

Make sure the microphone is working in the first place. Open Members App, click on Support at the bottom, then click on Get Started under Phone diagnostics. If it automatically starts checking everything, click on Stop and then click on the Mic icon to test the microphones. Make sure the microphones are working properly.
Next, make sure the Samsung Keyboard and messages app have permissions to use the Microphone. Click on Settings, then Apps, and click on the three vertical buttons at the top right and select Permissions Manager. Make sure the keyboard and messages apps are listed under Allowed only while in use. If not, add the microphone permission to each of the apps. To do this, click on Settings, then Apps, then click on the app, click on Permissions and then click on Microphone under "Not allowed" and select Allow only while using the app.
Hope you figure this out soon.

This is primarily where Google fixes things.

Hey @Jukebox9 and welcome to the Community! I see that you're having issues with your keyboard crashing and I know that's probably frustrating so let's try and sort this out. You've already tried going into your keyboard settings and clearing your cache so let's try restarting the device, Tap the Power icon at the top of the screen. Tap Restart, and then tap Restart again to confirm. Also, it would help to ensure your device is up to date. If this doesn't solve it you can attempt to recreate the issue in Safe mode to confirm that no third party apps are causing it to crash. As a last resort a factory reset is suggested if nothing above fixes the issue but be sure to back up your data before doing so and if this doesn't resolve it, the device may require service. Thank you for visiting and let me know if this works for you! I've also attached a link below with steps for you to follow yourself.
