I have a banking app that seems to think most times that my developer settings are on when they are in fact off and hidden. So I lose some functions in the app. The only way to resolve this is actually turn the Dev Options on, then manually off, close and reopen the app for the lost function to work. Anyone any idea why this happens, is it a hardware or software bug and likely something I just will have to live with doing occasionally?
