I use my Galaxy phone quite a lot for work, especially when checking product information, packaging artwork, PDFs, and documents for Silver Edge Packaging.

One thing I’ve been trying to improve is my workflow from phone to PDF to print. Sometimes a document looks fine on the Galaxy screen, but the layout or image size changes slightly when I open the print preview.

For other Galaxy users who regularly handle work documents:

  • Which app do you use for viewing and printing PDFs?
  • Do you prefer Samsung Notes, My Files, or a third-party PDF app?
  • Are there any print settings that help maintain the original page size?
  • How do you prevent images, tables, or margins from being cropped?
  • Does Samsung DeX make this workflow easier when working with larger documents?

I’d be interested to hear what setup has worked reliably for people who use their Galaxy device for both everyday and work-related documents.

No issue here printing directly to my office jet pro at work. Wi-fi direct printing works flawlessly every time
