Since updating my Samsung Galaxy S24+ to One UI 9, my lock-screen clock displays an unwanted leading zero (02:11 instead of 2:11), and I want the original formatting restored. It's stupid and unnecessary in my opinion! Please make an option to remove it!

Hello @user75oktyqPH3 & @userH7qxOHXyim. Welcome to the Samsung Community!

We get how frustrating it is when an update changes your layout and forces formatting tweaks you didn't ask for. Your phone should look exactly how you want it to look, so let’s get that leading zero out of the way for you.

You can clear that out and customize the clock back to your preferred style by using a couple of official Samsung personalization tools. Try this out:

Open the Galaxy Store on your phone, search for Good Lock, and download it.

      • Once inside the Good Lock app, find and download the ClockFace module.

      • Open ClockFace and choose the lock screen options to pick or design a layout that drops the double digit placeholder format. Save your new design and apply it.

If you want to dive deeper into customizing your phone's look or need a hand with layout adjustments, you can check out and look through more resources on the Samsung Support site.

Please let us know the results so we can assist further if needed!
