Follow on from my Vitals not working, I mean the Samsung SHEALTH metrics.

After a full watch reset and uninstall of SHEALTH and Wear apps and reinstall, the same.

More searching I found the same issue in the Italian Community thanks to @marco_vare

I cannot reason what has caused this as no software updates, I just broke last week after working fine, I think the only update was the SHEALTH app but again the timing doesnt align.

To add as of this week SHEALTH has also stopped reporting my workouts 🙏

Fingers crossed it will be looked into and resolved as the mod there said the ticket is raised

Seems after even more searching not a recent issue, has been reported around the world this year and 2025.

Very odd trying some other ways, but no joy
