Help with samsung email app not syncing

Hi,
I recently shifted to samsung email from gmail app. And set my email sync shedule to Auto(when received) and email sync period to all time. But I'm not getting emial notifications when they arrive(notifications allowed for the app) I checked by sending some dummy mails but they will only sync when I open the app.
I have seen several posts like this but none of them helped me can anyone help me here.
I'm using s24

And yes the app is set to unrestricted battery usage.

I rechecked the settings of sync schedule, sync period, limit retrieval size and cleared cache for the app.
And even checked with multiple dummy mails and every time they only syncs when I open the app.
I tried to compare the time difference between gmail app and samsung email app, at that time the sync worked fine and gave me the notification like 2 seconds after gmail app but now its stopped syncing.

No all are same. Forgot to tell you the background usage is also allowed.
