When I'm on a call or listening to audio and the phone is either off or on, the light shown in the image turns on. They are like three little dots that light up and turn on and off as I move the phone or leave it still. Is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else?

I have noticed the same three flickering dots on my Galaxy S25 FE display whenever I make or receive a call.

My question is: Why is the proximity sensor's light visibly appearing on the display? On other Samsung devices, including the Galaxy S24 FE and other Galaxy S Series models, this behavior does not seem to be noticeable.

Is this a hardware or sensor technology upgrade in the S25 FE, or is it a downgrade compared to previous models?

I would appreciate clarification from Samsung experts and feedback from other Galaxy S25 FE users.
