Suggestion for notifications

Hi, i think if there was an option to be on silent vibrate or sound mode you should beable to have certain apps (or for certain numbers from texting or calling) to bypass (with your direct permission) your phone setting, what i have right now is i have my phone on vibrate but I think it would be nice if I could have certain numbers when they call me to actually ring rather than just vibrate my phone
