I can't figure out how to turn up the sound on my rear speakers with either TV and/or soundbar remote.
At this time I have the sound set to surround with the Q series soundbar
Tech support isn't much help.

@Rod0552: This should be possible by pressing the 'CH Level' button on the soundbar remote until you see 'Rear level', 'Rear top level' and 'Rear side level' respectively, and using the up/down buttons to adjust the volume level within the range of -6 to +6.
