My sound bar is having the same issue as it did just over a year ago. Turn on sky, tv comes on and sound bar with q-symphony usually. But again thats not happening the sky q box comes on so does tv but no power up of sound bar. Called Samsung tech support but as usual 2 hours of my life wasted 🙃. Does any one know what the latest software version is for the HW-Q990C mine shows 1010.5 thanks
