Hi everyone,

Please see the attached image. The blue light is always on. Even while charging, the blue and red lights stay on together,

creating a different color. Once the device is fully charged, the green and blue lights are on at the same time, producing another color.

I've already tried everything I could think of, including resetting the device and updating the software, but the issue still persists.

My main concern is that the blue light never turns off. Could this be affecting or damaging the battery? If anyone has experienced this issue or has any suggestions, please let me know.

I have seen a few posts on reddit, most being liquid/moisture damage. It could be down to hardware or software. Looks like you have tried most trouble shooting steps with resetting the buds, checking for updates. One other step is let just the buds case battery drain to zero. So the blue light finally turns off. Pop the case back on charge for the hope the normal red light shows, green when fully charge.

If the blue light remains it must mean something is wrong and needs repairing.
Is it just the blue light issue your experiencing. All working otherwise?

Yes, it's all working fine. Let me try this step. If it works, it's all good; otherwise, I'll have to book it for repair.

It's got to be a software glitch. Hopefully draining the battery completely will work 🤞

Sadly its knackered, probably an led or BT fault.
Can you still use the earbuds, as in paired with your mobile, as that would suggest just an Led fail.

All functions are working completely fine. The only problem is that the battery drains very quickly. I have to charge it every day, even when I'm not using it or it's disconnected. The lights stay on all the time, which seems to be draining the battery.

Yep seems to but permanently trying to pair or is it ...

Think @Fiona26 maybe right, I get what she described but never a blue light.
