Have you got everything enabled? If you click on the settings icon and then content to include, my now brief is showing me events for today, weather, medication i take, YouTube videos, Spotify playlists, my sleep stages and score plus my energy score from my Watch7, and Samsung news so far. More things will be added no doubt.
To troubleshoot this, ensure that all relevant content types (e.g., events, Spotify playlists, Samsung News) are selected in the Now Brief settings. If the issue persists, consider checking for any app updates or compatibility issues that might affect the feature. If the problem continues, submit feedback through the Samsung Members app, ensuring to attach log files for further assistance 😊.
