Might sound like a stupid question but have you turned it on in the ai menu also have you allowed device personalisation

As far as i know u have to turn own personalisation and few other things ever after that its country based like in UK its not fully allowed due to security reasons. So maybe in future.

You could try restarting your phone and checking for any available app updates. If Now Nudge still doesn’t work, please report the issue through the Samsung Members app so it can be investigated.

thanks everyone x. I have tried a few things to try to get it to work and still it isn't. Hopefully it will work Soon x
