When applying a theme to the Quick Settings in theme park, you are forced to also theme the notifications panel.
In doing this, you then lose the newly added blur effect on notification cards.
My suggestion is to either separate Quick Settings & Notification shade, so I can apply a theme to one, and not the other, or add the option to leave the notification shade as default. Or thirdly, add the ability to select live blur instead of a colour for the notification shade.

Thanks for the suggestion! Separating Quick Settings from the notification shade, or allowing a live‑blur option, would indeed give users more flexibility when applying themes. I’ll forward this feedback to the Development Team for review 😊.
