Hi, the quick panel lag is not good, I'm getting it from every day use, but especially after a restart boot up.
You guys fixed(so far) the home screen lag during boot so you can definitely fix the quick panel lag

Hello @Uzoma,
Thanks for reporting! Here are some solutions that can be helpful:
1. First of all please check if you have the newest software version installed.
2. Try to reset Quick Panel customization - Reset the existing layout and try rearranging it in Quick Panel settings.
3. Check in Safe Mode - Turn off the power, press and hold the Power button, and tap ‘Safe Mode’ when it appears on the screen to enter. Please check if the same issue persists in Safe Mode. If it disappears, an installed third-party app may be the cause.
4. Check if Power Saving mode is disabled - Power Saving may cause some animations to be slower
If the issue persists after trying all of the above methods, please report the problem through the Feedback menu in the Samsung Members app. When leaving feedback, please be sure to attach log files so that we can analyze the cause more accurately and make improvements. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you!
Have a good day! ☀️

Hi, I’m noticing the same issue on my S25, which is a brand-new phone. The quick panel lags even when playing less demanding games like CoC (Clash of Clans). Even during regular usage, sometimes quick panel feels slugish.
Regarding the troubleshooting steps you suggested:
1. Software: Completely up to date.
2. Quick panel layout: Using the default layout.
3. Safe mode: Safe mode disables third-party apps and limits background activity, so I don’t think it’s a fair comparison with normal usage, where multiple apps and background processes are running. The issue occurs during everyday use, and that’s what matters.
4. Power saving: Turned off, and the device is fully charged.
I’ve checked all the suggested settings, but the issue still occurs regularly.
The quick panel is a basic feature that we use multiple times every day. It’s genuinely frustrating to experience such noticeable lag in something so fundamental, especially after investing in a brand-new flagship device.
Samsung really needs to address these performance issues. Basic UI interactions like opening the quick panel should feel consistently smooth, in any scenario.
The problem is even worse on lower-end devices in the Galaxy A, M, and F series.

Bro if you actually think these people will do anything sbout this problem then you need to wake up and go ahead free yourself and get yourself any other android which doesn't have system lags, we have had screenshot lag for years mow even tho it's instant on my older xiaomis and android and quick panel lag is disgusting also the notifications pulldown lag , also exiting any app in swipe gestures is ver very bad and laggy i saw a friend have their s26u lag when exiting a simple game like roblox in any other phone it does NOT matter what app they're closing or game or even the volume shader test their iphones and (other) androids don't lag at all in exiting apps , we also have toolbox lag in the quick panel in one ui 8.5 which for me never runs at over 40 fps so go ahead and treat yourself sell your s25 and get a superior android or a superior much better iphone
