Thank you I didnt think of actually holding my finger down on the conversations in the menu I was trying to go in. Thanks guys. Still think a delete all would be good too
I guess so, some though would delete stuff they do not want maintained fairly quickly. By comparison you can delete all in Gemini, from web version though or my activity url.

As already mentioned by @arianwen27 (thanks), you can delete Bixby conversation history by holding your finger on it and pressing the delete button.
