Hi! From a solved Samsung Community thread, this was addressed with One UI 8.0. You can check Settings > Advanced features > S Pen > Air Command > Translate — at the bottom there should be an option to choose the translation engine.
It’s worth checking there after the relevant update to see whether Albanian becomes available on your device.
