Most of my step data for the past few days went missing today. Anyone with the same experience? :(

      Have the same experience in my Galaxy A32 5G, it will be more accurate if you have a galaxy watch and wearing it all the time to record your steps, but if you're using a phone to count the steps mostly some of it will not be recorded. Before i bought a Galaxy watch some of my step data are missing too, maybe if i didn't open my mobiledata or any internet connections to track it. Thats my experience

      I have a watch, but what happened was most of my steps was gone overnight 🙃 like from 67k to 39k. It went back to normal after troubleshooting, but the current Global Challenge removed my 2nd star. Ahhh. Talk about demoralizing 🥹 I emailed them and I'm currently waiting for their response. Thank you for taking your time to share your experience ❤️
