Hello po! Please tell me what I should do with my phone. It is not recieving updates kasi and I want it to be up to date. This phone si S22 ultra and nabili sya sa US🥲. Makakahelp po ba if magpunta ako sa nearest samsung service store? Na try ko na rin po yung smart switch pero wala parin po available updates. As far as I know may several major updates pa daw na matatanggap si S22ultra. Thank u in advance!❤️

You really have to wait na mag-rollout ng update yan sa US, as i can see, OYM ang CSC ng phone mo, that's basically from US AT&T carrier. Kung di pa po nagroroll out ang At&t, wala pa po talaga yan.

You can change your firmware as long as compatible sa model but that's not recommended. Pero if you really want to use the latest update then a google search would help.

May nasearch nga po ako about the firmwares pero takot din po ako i try baka maka cause ng problem sa phone. Thank you po sa info! I guess mag aantay nalang talaga ako until an update will be available😊

Punta na lang po kayo sa Service Center ni Smasung kasi sobrang tagal na po kayo nakareceive. Sa pagkakaalam ko, monthly po ang security patch ng S series or flagship phones tapos mid-range phones.

Yes, mejo risky sya. Kase minsan di tjmutuloy lalo kapag mali naiflash mo. And yes, wait mo na lang muna, sooner or later maa-update din yan 😉

It's a mismatch, hopefully alot of people using s22 ultra have the same issue so that Samsung can fix it sooner than later with a better update
