S23 Ultra Camera Difference?

Hello, I have bought Samsung S23 Ultra from local market few months ago. My variant is s918u1. My camera quality was always very poor. I wondered for many months that why people are spending so much money on these phones with this much low camera quality. Then recently I met one of my friend who also have s23 ultra and I was shocked to see his camera results. He got amazing colours and picture quality. His variant is s918b/ds. I downloaded the DeviceInfo app from playstore on both phones and compare all the hardware and camera setup for both phones, I found zero change, everything is similar in both phones. I wonder why my phone camera quality is so low.
