I have done a factory reset, WiFi reset and all. But randomly, my WiFi would turn off and I'd have to switch it on again. This happens especially if I use Bluetooth and it would repeatedly turn it on and off again. Is there anything I can do?

1. There is this feature that may be related to this scenario. It is a Location-based identification to turn on/off the WiFi. First check on Settings > Connections > WiFi > tap on the three vertical dots on the upper-right corner of screen and it will display a small menu > select Intelligent WiFi > Turn off the "Turn Wi-Fi On Automatically". And then you may turn off the Location-based detection in Settings > Location > Location services, then turn off WiFi scanning and Bluetooth scanning.
2. There is also a scenario where an app may turn on or off your WiFi. You may check its history at Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > tap on the three vertical dots on the upper-right side of your screen, on the pop-up menu select Advanced Settings, then select Wi-Fi On/Off History. You will see here the list of apps that may have turned on or off your Wi-Fi.
You may try the steps above.
