I've had Samsung devices for over 7 years and for the very first time, I needed serious support!
I woke up one morning to my Galaxy Ring losing battery overnight. I recharged it but it happened the next night, and then its charge started disappearing within a few hours.
I contacted Samsung support via the website and they provided some initial recommendations:
I did this and more but no luck. So they provided contact details for my local Samsung service centre. As it was under warranty, it was sorted super quick and at no charge!
