Second hand earbud as a replacement

I bought earbuds, the right one broke within a year.

I sent it for repair, I got a replacement with a depleted battery.

I sent it back for a second time, it was returned to me without repair.

I contacted Samsung, they assured me that they do not use second hand parts.

I contacted the repair company Dynafix, they admitted they use refurbished parts.

Now, I paid for a new product, I think it is fair to get a new one back.

And who would like to use a second hand earbud, anyway?
