Good evening,

I am writing to get some information.

About an hour and a half ago, I realized that the buds were not inside the case (I keep them hanging on my backpack using a cover with a carabiner). I had been keeping them hanging there for a couple of days, and everything was fine; I used them this morning and they were still there. Unfortunately, however, I realized that they are gone. On the Wearable app, it tells me that they are in a location nearby, but when I run the "search nearby" function, they don't show up. After a while, however, it showed that the data had been updated 7 minutes ago and they were still there, close to where I was, with the message "located by a nearby device", even though the dot is black (which I assume means offline). What does this mean?? How reliable is the GPS on the earbuds?? Does the locations refers to the last use from that devide?

      Hallo @aliii17,

It is sad to read you lost your Buds. I will gladly help you! Have you tried playing a sound?

      1. With a browser, navigate to the SmartThings Find website, and then sign in using your Samsung account credentials.
      2. Select your buds from the left side of the screen to view their location on the map.
      3. From here, you can select Ring to make your buds play a sound.

Feel free to let me know if it works that way.

      With kind regards,

      Ajay
