I received a software update for my s23 and I pressed "pause download" by error, now it's not even downloading when I pressed "resume downloading" this is the screenshot. This had days like this, I tried to restart my phone, turn it off and on and nothing solves it, please help

Select the category, frequency, and add comments (be as specific as possible).
Attach a screenshot or video showing the issue.
Make you sure the Send system log data option is enabled (without the log file we will not be able to do a detailed analysis).
