When I'm recording videos from 4K and 8K, it shows a lag or something like that. In recorded videos also there is something like a frame missing. Those laggy videos are even hard to watch. What should I do? Any suggestions?

Then do a reset and force reset and check.
Also if you have any pending software update, apply the update.
Clear cache partition and check.
If the problem doesn't resolve by the above methods submit a report through the Samsung Members app. The next software update will correct the issue.
Also, you can try a factory reset. Before that backup your device data to PC through Smart Switch.

Step 2 :- Scroll down and click "About Phone"
Step 3 :- Scroll down, you can see "Looking for something else?" In a blue box
Step 4 :- Click "reset"
Step 5 :- Click "Reset settings"
Step 6 :- Read all and if you agree for these steps click again "Reset settings"
