Bro, it's a software related issue. Is that a stock camera app or third-party app ? Try to clear the camara app cache and use up to date software. If that issue continues, visit the authorized services center. Because,
This vibration seems to be caused by a malfunction in the video stabilization mechanism. I highly recommend having a Samsung authorized service center

JKOA search that in Google maps

JKOA is the Offcial Samsung partner
