Hi... first clear the data & cache of camera and try again.(Go to settings> apps> select camera> storage > clear data) Still you have the issue, could be a hardware issue.
Then try this (Open samsung members app> get help > diagnostic > check the camera) You can see If there is a problem in case. If it is yes or still you have the issue, contact a Samsung service center near to you.

May be your storage is almost full
Try clear unnecessary data . Cache .
Make sure your phone is not out of storage.
Keep it in the blue line/circle
If its still not working .
Do as ranod said in the above comment .
