can't use smart alert in my s9+ ....phone doesn't vibrate for unread massed calls notification when I pick up phone

so it may show the notification via light of the edge even I am using s9 not the plus model same problem was there so turned it off

and can you tell me one thing that s9 intelegent scan is secure or not so far I used It . it did not unlocked on my closed eyes

I think it's not secure. bcz anyone can unlock your phone when u sleeping
