Hi Samsung Team,
I'm experiencing a bug with the lock screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20fe . The lock screen customization features are not working properly.
Issues I'm facing:
I cannot access the lock screen settings.
I cannot change or customize the lock screen wallpaper.
I cannot add or customize lock screen widgets.
I cannot configure the bottom-corner shortcuts, such as the Camera shortcut, which should provide quick access directly from the lock screen.
I've tried restarting the device and clear all thr caches from all the applications and the end result🙃 same.
I've attached a screenshot for reference. If anyone facing this issue le me know to solve this issue.
