Is auto restart feature really helpful ?

Is it forcing my device to do extra work for loading up things again everyday ?

Am not facing any issues, but curious to know the side effects of auto restart feature.

not mandatory to restart daily, you can do it once in a week

You can turn it off and if you wish do.it manually..it clears out all cache of sites and recently opened apps..
