Check update for Android system web view in playstore if available then update it and if not then
check notice from Samsung

Go to settings>apps>clear cache/data of playstore

Also clear cache/data of Android system webview

Clear cache/data of Chrome

Clear cache/data of Google

Clear cache of Gmail

Restart your device and then update Android system webview/chrome

Update Android web system and chrome to latest version and then clear your cache/data files of instagram & just simply reboot your device...( Note : if Android Web system and chorme can't update then make sure your all remaining apps are updated )
