Bixby awakening problem

Galaxy S24 Ultra, One UI 8.5. Voice wake-up recognizes the wake word but Bixby only shows a notification for about 1 second and does not open the listening interface. Clearing Bixby data and registering voice temporarily fixes the problem, but the issue returns. Anyone knows please help me

- Navigate to Apps > Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Apps > View system apps > Tap the Sort icon, and then tap the switch next to Show system apps. Tap OK. Clear the data for Bixby system apps > Tap Bixby Voice, and then tap Storage. Tap Clear data, and then tap OK.
- Restart your device.
