Hello Samsung Team,

I recently installed the One UI 9 Beta update on my Samsung phone. Since installing the beta update, I have been experiencing serious touchscreen and system stability issues.

The main problems I am facing are:

  1. Overly sensitive touchscreen:
The touchscreen has become extremely sensitive after the One UI 9 Beta update. While I am scrolling, the phone sometimes registers unintended touches.

  2. Accidental app openings while scrolling:
When I scroll through the App Drawer or other screens, the phone sometimes detects a touch even though I am only scrolling. As a result, apps open accidentally without me intentionally tapping them.

  3. Unintended touches during normal use:
Sometimes the screen registers touches that I did not make, making normal navigation and scrolling difficult.

  4. Phone crashes/restarts:
Sometimes, when the phone receives pressure or after the touchscreen behaves abnormally, the phone crashes or restarts unexpectedly.

  5. Safe Mode after restart:
After some unexpected restarts, the phone boots into Safe Mode. This does not happen during normal use and started becoming noticeable after installing the One UI 9 Beta.

  6. Settings being reset after restarting:
After the phone restarts, some of my customized settings, such as my wallpaper and other personal settings, are sometimes lost or reset.

These issues started after installing the One UI 9 Beta update. Before installing the beta, I did not experience this kind of touchscreen behavior.

Please investigate whether this is a software/firmware issue with the One UI 9 Beta and provide a fix in a future beta update or advise me on the safest way to resolve the issue without losing my data.

Thank you.
