BCI is an official distributer in the Palestine territory and you have the official S/W version.
We are checking with our legal department the local regulation regarding call recording and once we will finalize it, we will decide whether we should proceed with a S/W version to enable it or not.
it's dependent from which country your phone cnc(firmware) origin , in israel, theres isn't a law that does not allow record calls , but on some country's does
