I was having call voice recorder , i slept and woke up the recorder gone and not recording any more and when i search about it found nothing

The built-in call recorder in the device is available in official devices in Israel, in devices from a parallel importer the software versions of the devices are subject to the regulation of the country from which the device was imported and in some of them recording calls is prohibited by law, therefore there is no built-in recorder in these devices.

To activate/deactivate the automatic call recording, go to the Phone application > 3-dot key at the top > Settings > Call recording.

If the call recording feature is not available at all, it may be due to the software version of your device.

Check if you have received an update to the device version -
Device settings > Software update > Check the date
