Subject: Feature Request: Enhanced Battery Management Integration for Galaxy Watch 7 & S24 Ultra

Dear Samsung Development Team,

I am a loyal Samsung user, currently enjoying the Galaxy S24 Ultra paired with the Galaxy Watch 7. While I appreciate the seamless ecosystem you have built, I have identified three critical gaps in the user experience regarding battery management and automation.

I strongly suggest implementing the following features in future One UI / Wear OS updates to perfect the synergy between the phone and the watch:

1. Watch Battery Level as a Trigger in "Modes and Routines"
Currently, the "Modes and Routines" app on the phone allows automation based on the phone's battery level, but not the watch's. This is a significant limitation.
* The Need: I want to receive a custom notification on my phone when my watch reaches 80% charge (to preserve battery health) or when it drops to a specific percentage.
* The Solution: Please add "Watch Battery Level" as an "IF" conditio
