You should be able to Reset your password / pin if you allowed reset with your Samsung Account when you set it up.
On my device, if I deliberately enter the incorrect password, I have "Forget Password" right under the password entry box.

I noticed another option to sign out of Samsung account and uninstall secure folder and then sign in again to Samsung account to reactivate secure folder. I don't mind losing my content on secure folder as it is empty. The notifications are annoying after restart and I restart my phone every night, so I just wanted to make the password work.
For reset using Samsung account, what are the steps? I can try that before the above solution.

If you don't see "Forgot Password", it means "Reset with Samsung account" was not enabled when creating the folder. In this case, you'll probably need to uninstall and reinstall Secure Folder.
I'd post screen shots, but you can't take screen shots of the Secure Folder.

- Sign out of Samsung Account
- Open Secure Folder and click uninstall
- Sign in with your Samsung Account
- Go to Settings > Security > Secure Folder and continue to setup
- When asked, click allow to reset secure folder password using Samsung Account
Just be aware, these steps will remove any cards from your wallet and it will wipe all data from secure folder. Follow these steps if you do not mind adding your cards back and losing your Secure Folder data.
