Phantom voicemail notifications.

Since updating to UI 9, I get voicemail notifications every hour, even without there being a voicemail.
I have been troubleshooting with Telus everyday, and nothing they do, or tell me to do in my phone is making them stop.
I can not even turn off the notifications for voicemail because it is greyed out.
Any suggestions on this? It is beyond ridiculous. I fully believe this is a Samsung issue and not Telus.
