I forgot my Samsung Wallet password, and I recently added a new finger print. I cant add the fingerprint to Samsung Wallet because I forgot my Wallet password. Now I can't do anything about my passwords.

Try this:
Go to Settings > Apps Search Samsung Wallet & Click on it > Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app >Reboot
Open Samsung Wallet and follow the prompts to access Samsung Wallet.
NOTE that all your Payment & Loyalty cards will need to be added again.
