Timezone incorrect.

I have a click widget that shows my time zone and another timezone. I have set the other timezone to one province over where much of my family is. That province recently decided to no longer change clocks and stay on daylight savings time. However the clock is displaying incorrectly. It is assuming daylight savings time did end.
I have not checked other provinces, but two other provinces also decided to stay on daylight savings time. It is possible they are also incorrect?

I just checked, BC is correct, but Calgary and winnipeg are incorrect
