Because If Your device back Camera working good in safe mode than this is a minor problem or after you sure that your back camera is working well on safe mode then Reset your device.
Or steps to going in safe mode .
1st =Restart your device.
2nd =When your device show samsung Logo press and hold volume down key until then you have,nt go in safe mode.
or when you are in safe mode bottom left of your device show Logo Of (Safe Mode) .
Then after you are in safe mode open the camera if it works properly then this problem is caused by some third party app . Don,t be fear just reset your device . or your camera is workig fine.
Or In safe mode If Your camera not working well (like old problem) .
Then your device camera is defected .
Go to Samsung Showroom.
and tell your problem.
