you will need to boot into recovery menu by:
Power off the phone
Hold Home button + Power + Volume Up
release the Power button when you see the Samsung logo and keep holding other buttons
during the boot your screen will turn blue for 10-15 seconds and then it will load Recovery mode, from there choose " wipe cache partition " by pressing Volume down to scroll and Power button to open.
