I followed your suggestions ....still the same issue. however the selfie videos go without problems. it seems the issue is with the rear camera...and transmission...I am able to capture good videos and saved into my gallery but when I wish to send that video it reached the reciver as scrambled video with green and pink. as attached

Is it only on WhatsApp you are having this issue or via other apps like insta messaging as well? Try sending the filevia quickshare using Samsung cloud link or cloud based like one drive/Google drive etc.

Are you recording in 4k? Cause I don't record too much is 4k and above. But try clearing the app cache or update the app. I'm not sure of that issue 🙈

I shared videos on Instagram there are no issues even via insta chats no issues. it is only on what's app I guess...what should I do..I removed what's app and re installed three times
