My S21 ultra has a camera focus issue.

When using the 1x, the result from the photo or the video is in focus.

In your s21, is there any issue with the camera ?

Make sure that the phone is updated to the last software update. Try to clear cache the camera app from the settings > apps > camera app > storage > clear cache.
