Steps to use the Handwritten Notes feature:
Step 1. Open the Notes app and tap on the handwriting icon (S Pen to text).

To ensure the accuracy of handwriting conversion, make sure to do the following:
Correctly set the language: Open Samsung Notes, go to settings, select "Convert handwriting to text," and choose English.
