I found this info in the terms and conditions re delivery - If you submitted correctly and received a Congratulations/ Confirmation email, that your claim was successful, there is a reference number in the email. Use that, it helps speed up any already slow communication (obviously it goes without saying but don't share that reference on any public chat or forum) and try dealing Samsung support here or on Twitter. Someone mentioned an email address in a post below as well , (not the one in the email itself or the promo one.) Hope this helps.

This has been my experience. I have emailed multiple times and made a lot of times and no answer to both. The service from iron experiences has been terrible to say the little. Two weeks after submitting my claim I have not received my tablet.

I received my tablet today. Also struggled to get through to call centre. After sending my invoice etc. I received an email informing me that I would receive the tablet within 7 to 14 days. It arrived on day 7

You can not claim it, I went through the same thing when pre ordering my S22 Ultra via Telkom. Samsung at the time investigating my request, came back and said that I didn't qualify for it. This year, I somehow got it, and I did everything the same way I did with my S22 Ultra.
